Our Process
- Arrive with a glass of prosecco
- Meet new people and taste three white wines
- Mingle, change table and more white
- Musical tables and three reds
- Move again and more reds
- Your chance to engage….
Arrive from 6.30pm with the tatsing commencing at 7.00pm…….
Your hosts will give you a coloured sticker with your name on and you can select a random table number!
We’ll have four ages groups, 25 to 35, 35 to 45, 45 to 55 and 55 to 65 seated at tables of 10, five gentlemen and five ladies……
Taste a selection of wines and give your feedback, whilst nibbling a little cheese to compliment your wine…….
Choose a numbered sticker at random as you taste your wines and prepare to move to a new table……
The wine tasting will be accompanied by subtle dinner Jazz provided by our professional trio, featuring Zak Barrett on Saxophone, Andy Staples on Bass and Alex Hern on Guitar……
When the music stops, it’s time to move…….
At the end of the tasting we’ll have a couple of ice breaking games and then it’s your time to mingle, chat and perhaps buy another glass of wine…….
Before the evening draws to a close you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a case of six or twelve of the wines you’ve just tasted and perhaps add to that a cheese board to order……
